If you lose your library card, it’s important to report the loss to the library as soon as possible to prevent unauthorized use. You can do this by contacting any Mohave County Library District branch either in person, by phone, or through their website. Library staff will assist you in reporting the lost card and deactivating it to prevent unauthorized access. To obtain a replacement card, you may need to visit a library branch and provide identification. There is a $2 replacement card fee.
